Enabling App Updates without Wi-Fi

If you are having issues trying to update to our new Mobile Banking App, when not on Wi-Fi, follow these steps to enable App updates.

Android Users

Play Store → tap profile icon → Settings → Network preferences → Auto-update apps → select Over any network

iPhone Users

Step 1: Ensure Cellular Data Is On
Settings → Cellular → confirm Cellular Data is turned on

Step 2: Allow App Store to Use Cellular Data
Settings → App Store → under Cellular Data, allow App Downloads over Cellular
